Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days in total from the day you order.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delays

Carrier and customs delays can sometimes happen, especially during holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order is dispatched.
